If you are unsure which approach is right for you, please don’t hesitate to contact me or book a free call to talk through your needs and how we might work together.
I offer both counselling and coaching, and we can explore together which approach, or combination of both, best supports you. Some people prefer the reflective space of counselling, while others benefit from the more structured, goal-focused process of coaching.
Each session lasts 50 minutes, giving you time to pause, reflect and focus on what matters most to you.
