Anne is an absolute diamond! Incredibly professional, calming, empathetic, supportive, kind and funny!. I had my sessions in person in the most relaxing, zen environment that is her office. I couldn’t recommend her enough, she really has been the best, and helped me navigate my way through a very rough time.

I have known Anne in a professional and personal capacity for a number of years. Anne is an incredible listener and quickly able to understand the roots of an issue and suggest options to resolve difficult situations. On numerous occasions I have valued Anne’s insightful, caring and practical support. She is always kind, approachable and welcoming.

Anne is a wonderful lady and has been an incredible support as I’ve navigated three family members with cancer and the transition into my 40s. She helped me manage the mix of worry, exhaustion and that sudden awareness of getting older that made me anxious about the future. I always leave our sessions feeling calmer, clearer and more able to cope with whatever comes next.

Anne is a wonderfully considerate, warm and generous person. She really cares about people, and makes sure she always puts their interests first. She has an amazing ability to put everyone at ease, so they can share any detail of their life with her without judgment. Anne asks non-intrusive questions in a way that helps people open up and be honest, so that they always feel more positive after spending time with her.
