Directions

Getting here by car
From the centre of Sheffield, head towards the S11 district (near Sharrow Vale and Endcliffe). When you arrive at Omega Court, follow the signs to 350 Omega Court.

Parking
You’re welcome to park in any of the red Visitor Parking bays outside the buildings, which are free for up to two hours.

If these are full, there’s plenty of on-street parking nearby on Sharrow Vale Road and surrounding streets, just a short walk away.

By public transport
The Brook Therapy Rooms are on the 218 bus route.

Get off near the Sharrow Vale / Cemetery Road (S11) stop. It’s just a one-minute walk to Omega Court from there.

By bike
You’re very welcome to bring your bike up to the first-floor landing outside The Brook Therapy Rooms.

When you arrive

Try to arrive a few minutes early so you have time to find parking or lock up your bike.

Come to the main blue door at 350 Omega Court. You’ll see The Brook Therapy Rooms sign on the right-hand side of the entrance.

Go through the main door (it will be open when you arrive) and head upstairs to the first floor. There are two short flights of stairs (around eight steps each). You’ll see The Brook sign on the door.

I’ll meet you on the landing for your first appointment.

Settling in

When you arrive, I’ll meet you at the door, show you in and make sure you’re comfortable. I’ll take your coat, show you where the bathroom is and offer you a drink such as tea, coffee, water or a soft drink before we step into the therapy room.

I look forward to welcoming you!

Thank you!
